Granville Road on site

Granville Road’s ‘Old Shoe Factory’ is now on site in Barnet. The residential scheme being completed with Square Feet Architects was formally used as commercial space but will be given a new lease of life with 3 new townhouses and 6 apartments.

The privately owned space borders a local park which required careful consideration in the project’s development. Full planning was received from Barnet Council in late 2019.
